Terms for the waitlist

These terms cover the Nurit waitlist at heynurit.com. The Nurit app will have its own terms before it launches.

The waitlist

Joining is free and puts you on a list to hear about Nurit's launch. It isn't a purchase, and it doesn't promise a date or a place in the app. By joining you agree to get emails about the launch, and every email has an unsubscribe link.

Nurit Launch Texts

These are the terms for texts from Nurit. They apply only if you ticked "Text me when it's my turn".

What it is. Nurit Launch Texts are automated marketing texts from Nurit about its launch, such as telling you it's your turn to get the app.
It's optional. Agreeing to texts isn't required to join the waitlist or to use Nurit.
How often. Message frequency varies. Expect only a few texts.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your phone plan.
To stop. Reply STOP to any text. You'll get one last text confirming it, and then no more.
For help. Reply HELP to any text, or email [email protected].
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. Your phone number and your agreement to get texts are never shared with other companies for marketing. See the privacy policy.
